The SAAB Owners Club caters for the owners of all models of the SAAB Sonett. This model being the one least known and recognised. There are very few Sonett's surviving. Many members still actively take part in competitive motor sport in their modified Sonett's.
The majority of members however prefer to use their Sonett's sparingly, and although still in regular everyday use they are a very rare sight on the road. Many have been lovingly restored to superb condition. There are various models of the Sonett.
These are the Sonett 1 which is exceedingly rare, the Sonett 2 fitted with the 2 Stroke engine, along with its V4 variant and finally the Sonett 3, the last of the range, produced until 1974 and fitted with the 1700 V4 engine.
